This summer, Cha Eun-Woo is inviting fans worldwide into an unprecedented interactive experience with the launch of his virtual reality concert.
The upcoming Cha Eun-Woo VR Concert: Memories will show in 21 cities across five continents starting next month. The VR concert allows the singer-actor-model to connect with attendees in a “choose your own adventure” viewing that makes a tailor-made and unique experience for every ticket holder.
Set against a sweeping romantic narrative backdrop, Memories casts viewers as the lead character, navigating moments of love, heartbreak, and reconciliation alongside the Forbes 30 Under 30 – Asia honoree. Based on the teaser trailer released alongside the announcement (below), fans can choose to experience everything from an intimate, sweeping ballad performance to more upbeat, choreography-heavy stages, allowing every choice to help build the visual and emotional tone of the ASTRO member’s concert. The tagline seen on the official poster, “I’ll leave our ending up to you,” further encapsulates this spirit of co-creation, transforming the passive spectator movie experience into becoming an active storyteller and creator.
The experience is produced and powered by the VR concert platform company AMAZE. Utilizing AI, virtual effects, and more, the U.S.-based immersive-tech pioneers have incorporated their 3D visuals and hyper-realistic experiences into movie theaters, apps, and headset devices like the Meta Quest or Apple Vision Pro.
While 2025 is not even halfway over, Cha Eun Woo has kept himself busy with a range of different projects.
As part of his duties as an official global ambassador for Saint Laurent, he traveled to Paris Week Week to attend the French house’s Womenswear Fall/Winter 2025-2026 show alongside major fashion names like Linda Evangelista, Chloë Sevigny, Zoe Saldana, Austin Butler and Rosé. This year, he was also chosen as the new advertising model for Korea’s Shinhan Bank in February and as the brand ambassador for the international clothing brand Marithé et François Girbaud in March.
Korean director Nam Dae-Jung also cast the superstar in his upcoming film, First Ride, which will mark Eun-Woo’s debut as a leading man on the big screen.
The star was also reportedly responsible for leading the charge in recording the special single “Moon,” a tribute song to his late band mate Moon Bin that brought together his ASTRO band mates as well as members of K-pop groups like SEVENTEEN, GFRIEND, Monsta X, Stray Kids and more to remember their friend.
In other news, fans will soon see Eun-Woo back on their screens as he appears in an upcoming music video for the new album coming from K-pop solo star IU. Her forthcoming record, Flower Bookmark 3, drops on May 27 and will include several special covers as the third instillation of her remake albums.
Fans can look forward to Cha Eun-Woo VR Concert: Memories screening in the following countries, with more territories coming soon. Viewers can stay up to date with more information at amazeVRconcerts.com/ChaEunWoo
