National Beer Day is here, and whether you’re raising a half-yard at Yard House or cracking open a cold one at home, there’s no shortage of deals, discounts, and reasons to celebrate.
Held annually on April 7, the day marks the 1933 signing of the Cullen–Harrison Act, which re-legalized the sale of beer in the U.S. before Prohibition formally ended. Today, restaurants and retailers alike are offering limited-time beer specials and holiday food deals to mark the occasion.
From $2 drafts to dine-in bundles, here’s where to find the best National Beer Day deals in 2025.

Honorable Mention: This $111,000 Beer Can Just Made History
Days before National Beer Day, a vintage Chief Oshkosh Crowntainer beer can fetched $111,150 at Morean Auctions, setting a new record for beer collectibles. The white-labeled relic from the early 1950s is the only known example in near-mint condition.
Dan Morean, founder of the auction house, shared the car’s ownership history on Facebook ahead of bidding, which caught the attention of a Wisconsin-based collector who ultimately placed the winning bid.
“These old beer cans were never meant to be collectibles,” Morean said. “It’s gratifying to see them gain the recognition they truly deserve.”
Based in Brimfield, Massachusetts, Morean Auctions is the only licensed auction house specializing in breweriana and vintage alcohol advertising, including signs, trays, bottles, and neon displays.
Whether you’re chasing $2 drafts, checking out National Beer Day events near you, or just cracking open something cold at home, National Beer Day is as much about smart deals as it is about the cultural staying power of beer and how brands are leaning into small pleasures during a tough economy. From limited-time promos to record-setting collectibles, April 7 shows how a simple beverage can still drive value—and headlines.
