When Apple releases its latest flagship iPhones, the previous year’s Pro models vanish, reappearing in Apple’s refurbished store in due course. Until then, you need to look elsewhere. Here are some of the best deals.
So far, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max haven’t returned in the U.S.—though Apple is selling these phones refurbished in some European Apple stores. Why would you want the iPhone 15 Pro? Well, it’s capable of Apple Intelligence, has a luxurious ProMotion display and three cameras—a combination that only the iPhone 16 Pro can match.
For American customers, a good place to start is Amazon, with its Renewed and Renewed Premium options. These refurbished phones offer big price drops compared to when the phone was first released.
The iPhone 15 Pro is available here in a variety of colors and prices in Renewed Premium condition. Unlocked, with 128GB storage in natural titanium finish, costs $698.13, just over $300 off the $999 price of the iPhone 15 Pro when it was new, and which is the price of the iPhone 16 Pro now.
Black titanium is $708.99, blue titanium costs $1 more at $709.99, while white titanium is $742.
If you want more storage, the 256GB model is there for $774.97 unlocked in natural titanium, black titanium is $729.99, blue titanium costs just one cent more at $730, while white titanium is $749.99. Note that all these prices are only a few dollars more than the 128GB versions in some cases.
Step up to 512GB storage (unlocked) for $811.96 in natural titanium, black titanium or white titanium cost $820.80, while blue titanium is a little cheaper at $810.
If you must have the biggest storage, 1TB, then an unlocked iPhone 15 Pro will set you back $859.99 in natural titanium, $864 in black titanium, $849.99—the cheapest option at this storage level—is $849.99 and white titanium is the priciest: $864.97.
Amazon also has the phone available locked to various networks.
Best Buy has the iPhone 15 Pro locked to either AT&T or Verizon, with prices for each starting at either $24.99 or $25 a month for 36 months (which works out at $899.64 or $900 total).
