From Michelin star dining to the Burberry takeover at Harrods and Valentine’s Day staycations, here’s what to see, do and experience in London this month.
Enjoy some fine dining: It’s a big year for Michelin star chef Tom Sellers as he celebrates the reopening of Restaurant Story and its decade milestone.
The next chapter for Sellers and his flagship, or as he puts it ‘Story 3.0,’ has seen the restaurant undergo a major £2.5 million refurbishment with the addition of an upper level, complete with a private dining room that offers the ultimate chef’s table experience, and an outdoor terrace with views of The Shard.
“I am immensely proud of the re-opening of Restaurant Story and the magnitude of what we’ve done. The new floor allows us to hone the guest experience even more, whilst also offering private dining for the first time,” says Tom Sellers, Chef Founder.
It’s an exquisite setting fitting for such exquisite food. Of course, we’d expect nothing less from the Michelin star kitchen, which is home to focus, drive, and the pursuit of culinary excellence. It is also worth noting there is an expansion to the wine programme, with 400 bottles set to grow to 500, combining old new world, new world and classic bottles, plus bottles exclusive to the restaurant.

Even the Harrods’ green men have received a makeover with new dapper knight blue check coats.
While inside, shoppers can explore the Burberry Camping Corner which offers classic British hiking kit, and further spaces at Door 6 and Door 9 which showcase more than 40 Burberry pieces, exclusive to Harrods.
