The Most Expensive Private Home In Dubai Is Listed For $204 Million

One of Dubai’s most expensive homes was recently listed for $204 million by Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty. Called The Marble Palace, the massive abode fits the bill for the city’s proclivity towards opulence and pure lavishness.

Located in Dubai’s ultra-exclusive neighborhood Emirates Hills, known as the Beverly Hills of Dubai, The Marble Palace is a Versailles-style mansion that was designed to emulate the Belle Époque buildings in Paris. The home spans 70,000 square feet with an additional 60,000 square feet of built-up space. It’s one of the largest homes in the neighborhood and certainly exudes awe-inspiring grandeur.

The inspiration for the property was the High Renaissance and Baroque periods, with rich surface treatments, geometric finery, and gilded statuaries.
