Donald Trump was arraigned today in New York, pleading not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records over hush money payments he made in the lead up to the 2016 election. But Trump flew back to his home at Mar-a-Lago in Florida and will be speaking at 8:15 p.m. ET. And here’s how you can watch online.

No one knows what Trump is expected to say, but he has a history of completely making up facts in order to make himself sound good.
“Just lifted off for Palm Beach, Florida. Will be delivering remarks tonight at Mar-a-Lago at 8:15 P.M., EASTERN. The hearing was shocking to many in that they had no ‘surprises,’ and therefore, no case. Virtually every legal pundit has said that there is no case here. There was nothing done illegally!” Trump wrote in a message on his social media platform Truth Social.
Trump is running for a second term in 2024, and while many people have denounced the former president for leading an attempt to stop the certification of the 2020 election on January 6, 2021, Trump’s support with Republicans has only grown since news of his indictment was first announced last Thursday.
Despite the fact that no mugshot was taken of Trump, that didn’t stop his 2024 presidential campaign from starting to sell t-shirts with a fake mugshot of the former president, complete with the words “not guilty.” The t-shirts sell for $36.
Trump has been running Facebook ads calling his indictment the “darkest chapter of American history.” And while it might seem rather dire from the perspective of Trump, he may be forgetting things like the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the Civil War or the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, among plenty of other events. Four U.S. Presidents were assassinated, which is obviously a much worse thing to happen to anyone than getting indicted.
